Is it time to sleep yet?

LOL! This has been a crazy week! I've got so much on my plate... Thank goodness for all my friends that have been pulling my along and all of you for all your support!

Just so we can continue the fun, I'm going to host a Mystery Quilt Blog Hop. If you're interested in participating let me know so that I can setup my data base. I'll need the following info:
Name
Blog site/Photosite that you'll be posting your progress
E-mail address

I'm teaching this quilt at the store also with two of my Stash Busters Group. Oh.. that gives me another idea!! We can do an ONLINE Stash Busters Group! How fun is that?! I'll see if I can figure it out to post downloads online and then we'll go from there.

Happy Quilting!

New Day! :)

With Pancake breakfasts in our tummy and the kitchen is cleaned up... I just have to throw in a load of laundry before I start cutting! Yay!! :) Just wanted to show you a picture of one of the pancakes I made for my daughter.... Yes it does look like "Hello Kitty" is giving you the finger... LOL!

The kids are just having a little quiet time before it's time to fold laundry & tidy up that mess behind them!!... Oh and yes that is a big bruise on her face that she came home with. She said at her friends' birthday party they went to a play place where they had a "super-duper" fast slide (as she demonstrates with her hand waving everywhere). It was a bit too fast and she bonked her cheek. *sigh* Of course it's a bit of a shock when after you've searched for a few hours for them and the ex didn't inform you of this incident. Better get that laundry done so I can play!

Back on Track...

Yes I did have a crazy day!

So I do have my first block done with a baby block to match. My dear friend Joan read my blog and came to the rescue this afternoon! She help me sew up the finishing touches on my block!

Like I've warned you before... I always do something just a little bit different. Instead of sewing on the diagonal for the 4-corners, I just folded the fabric in half and stitched it on using an 1/8" seam. Dear Joan, then turn the 3-d fold over so it creates a curved effect.

Of course being in this crazy mind set as it is... I had to make a mini version! :)
Hmm... onto the next thing!

More choices..

Well I'm ready to start but one slight problem... what to choose? I've got bolts of fabrics also to choose from. If anyone is interested in getting FQ's or yardage of the fabrics off the bolts, just e-mail me and let me know! :) Better get sewing and post up my block(s)!! Oh plus my BOM class is coming in soon too!!

Here's one of the "small" prizes I'm giving away... More fabric to add to your OP stash! LOL!
HIGS!
